Budget Steam Cleaning Services has some of the most competitive pricing in the industry. We are so confident of our service that we offer a 100% money back guarantee. Also, should you happen to find a cheaper price – we will beat that price for you.
Will you charge extra when you come out?
Many companies hike up the price when they arrive on site. Not so with Budget. Our quotes are given over the phone and are rock solid unless you need some extra carpet or upholstery done.
What are the payment options?
Payment options include cash and credit card, payable by the completion of the job. Business customers may pay via cheque or EFT.
How much notice should I give for a booking?
Ideally give us at least a few days to ensure that we can give you the time you need, and we can guarantee you a booking. However, we can book jobs on the same day and for the next day subject to availability.
Can Budget guarantee that all stains will be removed?
We can get nearly every stain out of carpets, even red wine and coffee! However, if the stain has been left too long, or contained powerful dyes, it may have redyed the carpet.
Can I walk on my carpets straight away?
Yes, you can walk on them straight away. Your carpets will only be slightly damp after cleaning. You can walk on them as long as your shoes are clean. Budget also supplies ‘booties’ for only $2 a pair to ensure your carpets don’t get any marks from walking on them.
How long until my carpets or upholstery are dry?
They are generally dry after a few hours. However they may take longer if your carpets had heavy dirt or stains as extra cleaning pressure may have been needed. They can take a bit longer in winter, but keep your heating on and they will dry quickly.
How should I deal with spills?
Most importantly – don’t scrub at the area. Place an absorbent cloth/paper towel over the area and press on the area. Repeat until most of the spill is absorbed. From this point, you can apply a spot treatment and press on area with a fresh cloth/paper towel. Repeat as needed. If this still does not remove the substance, you will need to have the area professionally steam cleaned.
